Public Company Limited by Shares
There can be a minimum of one shareholder in this company. A corporation or an individual may be the shareholder. Each stakeholder must be older than eighteen (18) years old. This firm needs to designate a minimum of two (2) directors.
Corporate Entity Restricted by Shares / Investment
A minimum of one (1) shareholder, who may be either an individual or a business organization, may also form this corporation. Each stakeholder must be older than eighteen (18) years old. In this corporation, at least one director needs to be appointed. A shareholder’s liability is capped at what they have invested in the business.
Unlimited Company
To establish an infinite corporation, you need just one director and one shareholder. An individual (over the age of eighteen (18) years) or a company may serve as the shareholder or director. The liability of the shareholder is not limited to its investment in this company form.
Branch of a Foreign Company
The requirements of the home nation determine the minimum number of directors and shareholders. An authorized signatory in the United Arab Emirates who is older than eighteen (18) years is required by this company.
Investment Company
The ADGM may establish this corporation with a minimum of one shareholder and one director. Both the director and the shareholder must be older than eighteen (18) years old. However, the FSRA or any other regulatory body must authorize the director as an investment fund manager.
